This contract position provides flexible scheduling options with both part-time and full-time roles to accommodate different workload preferences. Position Details:
- Full-time: 37.5 hours/week
- Part-time: 20 hours/week
- Caseload split between high school and elementary school students
- Contract duration: Current School Year (CSY)
- On-site work required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports aligned with school district standards
Qualifications:
- Valid professional Speech Language Pathologist license
- Experience providing services in school environments, preferably across multiple grade levels (elementary through high school)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently with attention to individualized student needs
